So my birthday weekend is all over. My party was fantastic and I thought I’d share with you some pictures of how the outfit ended up looking. The skirt looked great- even though I dropped pearl beads everywhere I went.
The shoes too looked amazing but being 5ft 7 already they made it slightly too tall – they did hurt after a bit too!!

I wore with it an unplanned and unexpected Vintage item. My Auntie gave me as a gift for my birthday a beautiful Antique perfume pendant. It is a pretty teardrop shape with engraved detail and unscews to reveal that it is a bottle with a dipping stick on the lid. I absolutely adore it. I put it on a slightly longer chain and wore it on my birthday and almost every day since.

And last but by no means least – The Cake!!!! It was tremendous. Made for me by a friend it was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen, I had to share it with you. (It was chocolate with cherry jam inside! yum yum)
