Silk Kimono Jacket feat Peacocks – Outfit Post

Boots – Boohoo
Necklace – Dorothy Perkins (from goody bag)

I thought I’d share with you what I wore a couple of weekends ago to go to the Fever London Model shoot as so many people commented on how lovely the jacket was. We had to shoot it once it had got dark so apologies for the flash photos. I’ve had my eye on this jacket ever since Peacocks instagrammed it ages ago and when I spotted it instore I had to have it. It has a lovely silky feel and the colours are so vibrant, I love it! Several people asked where it was from and were surprised when I said Peacocks. I think they have really upped their game this season and I’m so impressed with so many of their pieces. The jeans and tshirt are Peacocks too and I think even their classic casual pieces are bang on too.
I also have a very vibrant coral vest to wear under this jacket too when things warm up a bit more. I think it will look great in the summer with denim cut offs.

I wore my lovely Dorothy Perkins necklace which I got in the goody bag from the Voucher Codes Swap Shop event – Which I still need to blog about – bad, bad, blogger!!!
I love a good statement necklace and this one has coral and turquoise in it, two colours perfect for Summer.

I have just started writing a regular Fashion Blogger column in my local paper and my first one was out yesterday. I get to choose the topic and feature items I’ve spotted on the High Street. It was all about floral blouses this month and I included a find in one of my local charity shops which is cool as I love a good thrift find.
I haven’t decided my topic for my next column. Any suggestions??
Need to get on editing my first vlog too – I haven’t even started yet but I cant wait to share it on the blog. It shows lots of behind the scenes footage of the Model shoot, the lovely hotel we stayed in and the AMAZING restaurant we ate in!
Stay tuned x
