I’ve been picking up a few bits recently, especially as I’m heading off on my honeymoon this weekend. First I picked up this cute jewelled tee from H&M which was £3 in the sale!!! Bargain or what. Its lovely and silky and I’ve packed it for my honeymoon too. I also bought the cute yellow New Look cami that I featured in my guest post on Kat’s blog here as it was down in the sale to £7, plus also a fringed white top for my honeymoon too for £3 in the sale. The yellow cami is so sweet and fits beautifully.

Makeup wise I picked up two Maybelline Baby Lips which I really love. I agree with some other blogs they are a bit drying which is ironic as they are supposed to be a lip balm but I do love them as a way to wear colour in the day, especially for a lipstick scaredy cat like me. I also bought Rimmel Stay Matte as I needed a new day foundation but bought it just before they released the new one, so I may need to try that one too! And I popped a couple of MUA nail polishes in my basket too as they are so great for £1 and these colours never seem to be in stock. Lastly I grabbed Rimmel Kate Moss Matt in 151, which I used to own and lost it. Its a really bright slightly corally red and is quite vibrant for me but I wanted to give it another shot. I love the Kate Moss matte range texture wise but I’m still not convinced by the taste. Its quite strong – anyone else find that??

I also bought some fake nails which I wear most of the time as I bite mine quite badly and these 200 sets are much better value. I’m going t take several pre-painted sets on honeymoon with me.

I bought myself the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush for putting my foundation on and am so pleased with it. Its so soft and the finish you get is lovely. I already have the Core Collection and was really impressed with them so was happy to buy more.

Of course I also bought jewellery too! I chose this statement black jewelled necklace to take away with me to wear with one of my maxi dresses but it will look great with a simple tee too. And this pink spike necklace is lovely and lightweight so its nice to wear to work and add a bit of a pop of pink.
