I never wear a watch. I’m one of those people who looks at their Iphone for the time. So when Sekonda contacted me about their new range of Crystalla Watches I decided to take the plunge and see if I could be converted to a watch wearer!

I was taken by this watch as the style is along the friendship cord bracelet lines and I liked the idea of layering it up amongst other bangles or wristwear. I chose the silver as I’ve started to wear alot more silver jewellery recently.

When it arrived I was immediately convinced of one thing – this is not a watch I could wear to work. Its so sparkly and beautiful it is definitely for nights out or being teamed with party wear. So I decided I would take my new Crystalla watch out with me on my Saturday night and see how I felt about my new piece of wrist candy.

I chose to wear my new H&M neon yellow blazer again because I love it so much and it looks great with my leopard vest I got off Ebay. The watch was a great addition to the outfit, extremely comfortable to wear and it felt and looked like a bracelet which made me like it even more.

The watch has really glittery ball beads all along the wristband and a pretty mother of pearl face whose iridescent colours don’t come across in the photos. Its like a great piece of jewellery rather a watch. It comes in several colours although the metal is always silver and the cord black – its the jewelled balls that are different colours – I really like the purple one too.
All in all I love it and although I will definitely be keeping it for best I will make every excuse to go out just to have a reason wear it so I’ve most definitely been converted to a watch wearer!
