My mum says I remember the strangest things, memories that no one else can ever remember. 

One of these is of a necklace I bought at a jumble sale at my Primary school. It was made of mother of pearl in pretty leaf shapes. It cost me 2p and I loved it. Who knows where that necklace is now, but imagine my happiness when I found a similar one at a bootsale.

It needed a good clean but its so pretty especially the flower shaped button at the back. How nice to have recovered a tiny bit of my childhood.
